We provide casting services for a number of jewelers, as well as students in the area. They provide wax models, and usually their own metal; we perform the casting process. They do not have to purchase the equipment, and they benefit from our years of experience in casting.
The casting charge is $30.00 per flask. This includes spruing the first 3 wax patterns. Additional spruing is charged at $1.00 per wax.
Wax injection in your mold runs $2.00 per wax.
The items can be tumble-finished at no additional cost, or they can be finished by hand at the customary Shop Rate of $80.00 per hour.
Custom Wax designs range from $50 to $300 depending on the complexity of the design.

To facilitate making multiple copies of a particular design, it becomes advantageous to produce a mold of the original item.
• The item is sandwiched between layers of rubber, then the assembly is heated under pressure to vulcanize the rubber.
• After processing, the original is cut out of the block, and a perfect impression of the item remains.
• Hot wax is injected through an opening in the block, and produces an exact replica of the original.
Costs to produce a vulcanized mold range from $40 to $80, depending on the complexity of the unit. We can inject any number of wax models desired at a cost of $2.00 each, or you may wish to inject wax models yourself, and have us provide casting services.
Many patterns are available commercially, and can be modified prior to casting. They typically run from $2.50 to $3.00 each.
